Each appraiser submits a list of ten umpires and consents to be bound by the random draw. Lists stay hidden until both are in.

When appraisers cannot agree on an umpire, Umpire Select removes the negotiation.
Two lists. Limited strikes. A provably random draw. A signed record that neither party steered the outcome.

Strike
Each side may strike up to five names from the other list. Fewer strikes leave a larger pool.

Draw
The surviving pool is drawn at random. Every remaining umpire has an exactly equal chance, and the result can be independently verified.

$20.00 USD per month per appraiser account. Until paid billing is live, accounts are complimentary.
